To start the application process you will need some foundational pieces of your team figured out--your team admin. You will need to have a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team Manager lined up before applying. You will also need to know which age/gender of team you are hoping to form.

CLUB AGREEMENT AND TEAM FINANCIAL PLAN

After Club admin receives your initial application we will reach out with next steps that include a Club Agreement (Code of Conduct, Club Operational Agreement, etc) and creating a team financial plan for the upcoming year so we can give potential players accurate costs before tryouts.

Get Excited, You're ready for tryouts

We host annual club wide tryouts and any new teams hoping to form will need to have their team admin there to help run their team tryouts. Club leadership will onboard and support new teams with exactly what that looks like.

Tryout dates are set by UYSA and are usually the week before Memorial Day for U10 down and the Tuesday after Memorial Day for U11 up. You can visit our registration page to get all the details for tryouts.
