Tryout registration for the upcoming year is the first step in our registration process. It is open seasonally and the link for registration will be live from April 15-day of Tryouts every year. The registration link is only live during that window.

New to club soccer? Welcome! First things first, you'll need to register to tryout for a team when the tryout registration window opens on April 15th.

Once you've made a team, your next step will be registration with UYSA. After you accept the invitation to play, we will follow up with more detail instructions to help you through the process but you can make sure and be ready by prepping the items below.

Before you can register with UYSA, first-time players will need to have two things ready:

• A current photo— shoulders up, no sunglasses, no hats.

• A digital copy of the player's birth certificate.

Both are required by UYSA to complete registration, so it's a good idea to have these ready to go before registration opens. Your team manager will walk you through exactly where and how to submit them once you've been offered a spot on a roster.

Club soccer fees can look confusing from the outside, so here's the breakdown of what you're actually paying for:

• State (UYSA) Fees— These are set by Utah Youth Soccer Association, the state's governing body, and cover your player's official state registration, registrar + referee fees and insurance. These fees are the same across all UYSA clubs and aren't something we control.

• Club Fees — These cover core club operations: field access, club administration, and the systems that keep Summit United FC running for every team.

• Team Fees — These vary by team, since each team opts into its own mix of coaching support, tournaments, and extra training opportunities based on what that specific group of players needs.

Because costs shift year to year and team to team, we don't post a single set number here — instead, you'll find the most current year's full fee schedule linked below, updated and ready before tryouts each season.

How Much does it cost to play?

Once you've officially joined a team, we'll send you a personalized link to order your uniform through our club store online — easy, straightforward, and ready whenever you are.

A few things to know:

• Home and away kits are required for every player to participate.

• Reordering is the player's responsibility — as your player grows or gear wears out, it's on you to head back to the store link and order what's needed.

• Extra gear is available too — things like bags and warm-ups are optional add-ons if you want to outfit your Renegade a little further.

• Uniform pricing is included in the current year's fee schedule**, linked above, so you'll always know what to expect before you order.

Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, on a first-come, first-served basis as funds allow and opportunities are spread evenly among teams.

How to Apply

Scholarship applications are submitted directly through the app, after your player has officially made a roster.

Applications require proof of free or reduced lunch status, which helps us verify need and distribute limited funds fairly and consistently across our club.

Uniforms are another cost we want to help ease where we can. If cost is a barrier, reach out to your team admin to ask about:
