WE're Summit United FC -
The Renegades
Our Story

Yeah, that name's on purpose.
A renegade is someone who looks at "the way it's always been done" and decides they want something different. Question the system. Take the parts that work. Leave the rest. Build something better in its place. That's exactly the spirit that guides our club on a foundational level.
We didn't want cookie-cutter programs. We didn't want to gatekeep soccer development behind a price tag. We didn't want to force kids to specialize in one sport before they even knew what they loved.
So we built something different — a club where soccer players are developed as well rounded athletes, where community is central, and where access to the game belongs to everyone, not just families at a certain income level.
We're player-focused and community-supported. That means our decisions start with one question: what's best for the athletes? Not what maximizes revenue, not what looks good on paper — what actually helps our players grow, compete, and love the game. And we can only do that because our community shows up for us the same way we show up for our players — with time, talent, and belief in the mission.
As a nonprofit, every bit of support we get goes straight back into the club: better coaching, better programs, more access for more kids, regardless of what they can afford. We're proof that you don't need a corporate model to build something real.
So if you're looking for a club that breaks from the status quo, builds real athletes, and puts community at the heart — welcome to the Renegade family. Let's shake things up.
OUR TEAMS
Right now, Summit United FC fields teams for:
- U9 Girls
- U11 Girls and Boys
- U13 Boys
- U14 Girls
We're a volunteer-run club, which means what we offer is shaped by what our volunteers and our community can support.
We grow when people step up — to coach a new team, run a clinic, or organize extra training sessions.
Our Volunteers
We're a grassroots, 100% volunteer-run nonprofit, which means every coach, every practice, every ball on the field is here because someone cares. We're built by the community, for the community.
Every coach, every organizer, every person keeping this club running is a volunteer who believes in what we're building.
